Anna Silk

Anna Silk is a Canadian actor who was born on the 31st of January 1974. Her most well-known role is as Bo in the Showcase Television show Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay and Peter Silk were both professors. Ilkay was also a writer, producer, and director. She's the director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers some of the first moments in her childhood, like taking part in rehearsals of plays. Silk was featured in many commercials as a young child. She earned her Bachelor of Arts was conferred by St. Thomas University, 1997. Her early theater experience includes at the very least two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk's portrayal of Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers who are identical in the show Lost Girl was named one of the most popular Television Couples by CNN (Cable News Network) as well as named the top TV Couple of the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has a huge online fan base on Facebook and Twitter, as a direct consequence of its success.
