Anna Silk
Anna Silk is a Canadian actor who was born on the 31st of January 1974. Her most well-known role is as Bo in the Showcase Television show Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay and Peter Silk were both professors. Ilkay was also a writer, producer, and director. She's the director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers some of the first moments in her childhood, like taking part in rehearsals of plays. Silk was featured in many commercials as a young child. She earned her Bachelor of Arts was conferred by St. Thomas University, 1997. Her early theater experience includes at the very least two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated from Toronto in November 1999, to Los Angeles California to pursue her career as an actor. Seth Cooperman met Silk at an acting workshop held in Los Angeles, in 2007. The couple was engaged in 2009, and then married at an unofficial ceremony in was held in December. The couple renewed their vows on April 10, 2011 in Fredericton following the time that Silk changed her religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her son Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born son on 13 May 2016. Silk's TV work includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica in which she was awarded an Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. She was given the role of Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian show Lost Girl in 2009. Silk revealed to fans her good information that she was pregnant during the filming of Season 3. The show was a pre-show exclusive for Season Three. This was presented by Showcase at the special Season Three show held January 6, 2013, prior to the series' premiere. Silk revealed via Twitter, on 20 June 2013, that the production was set to begin on Season 4. On 4 June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for the Fourth season. Silk's portrayal of Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers who are identical in the show Lost Girl was named one of the most popular Television Couples by CNN (Cable News Network) as well as named the top TV Couple of the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has a huge online fan base on Facebook and Twitter, as a direct consequence of its success.
