Srushti Deshmukh has started working on her UPSC entry in her 3rd year of her engineering degree. After her graduation she was unsure whether or not she would be satisfied in an engineering job. Her goal became apparent after she began focusing on the civil work. She was urged by her parents to consider an employment in the civil service and to prepare for examinations. She was driven to be an IAS officer and was focused towards that aim. To be able to pass UPSC requires more effort. She was preparing for UPSC subject areas while she was studying her engineering. Each day she would set aside time to work on her preparation for the test. Within just 1 and 1/4 months, she passed her engineering exams, and avoided all social interactions. Her focus is essential to clear the exam for government jobs and work within the civil service. She was committed to passing the test, and she put in a good amount of work.
